By using ReadySetScale’s services, you agree to the following terms. ReadySetScale provides AI automation, CRM access, and AI consulting to modern businesses. To deliver these services effectively, clients must provide accurate business data when requested and ensure the security of their login credentials.
All workflows, automations, and software created by ReadySetScale remain the intellectual property of ReadySetScale. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these assets while their subscription remains active and in good standing. Access is discontinued once a subscription or service ends.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. A valid payment method must be maintained on file. Payments are non-refundable, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Clients may upgrade or downgrade their plan by contacting ReadySetScale. Upgrades are applied immediately with a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the billing cycle, while downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.
ReadySetScale aims to deliver measurable value, but specific results cannot be guaranteed. Business outcomes vary depending on industry, operations, and implementation. Clients wishing to end services must notify ReadySetScale directly. ReadySetScale reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or misuse.
To the extent permitted by law, ReadySetScale's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days prior to any claim. ReadySetScale is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits. Ongoing support and improvements are provided to active clients during standard business hours, unless otherwise agreed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. ReadySetScale may update these terms periodically, and clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of ReadySetScale's services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
